The Solutions Expert will play a critical role in the development of client relationships and fostering awareness of the Kidwell brand across Nebraska. This position will contribute to the growth and performance of the Telecom division of Kidwell by staying on top of the local markets and creating relationships with new customers to provide a business case and ROI for selecting Kidwell to fulfill their business solution needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Business Development:

  • Prospect, cold call, and conduct sales meetings with prospective clients to demonstrate the value of our strategic business solutions with a thorough understanding of clients’ Telecom System Needs.
  • Proactively manage a sales pipeline through the effective use and data entry in Kidwell’s CRM.
  • Act as a strategic partner between Kidwell and the client to ensure effective and exceptional customer service and representation of the Kidwell brand.
  • Work directly with client and Kidwell’s Telecom team to review client needs and design the best solution and estimate for the client.
  • Collaborate with Kidwell’s vendors and partners, in order to build professional and accurate pipeline for strategic client relationships.
  • Provide insight to Kidwell Solutions Experts and leadership on prospective clients, along with business and growth strategies, to assist in defining future opportunities and long-term relationship strategies across Kidwell’s proficiencies.
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with internal Kidwell team, as well as strategic external relationships within the territory.
  • Attend networking and community events that expand the Kidwell brand throughout assigned territory.

Team/Kidwell Communication: Establish and maintain cohesive team environment of Solutions Experts in all three locations, as well as forming effective ways to communicate based on needs of team members

Requirements

1-3 years previous sales experience preferred. Candidates must have a track record of thriving in a team environment, and be self-motivated to succeed.

A bachelor’s degree, or 2-year associate’s degree is preferred, but not required. Sales experience can be substituted for education.

Minimum of 40 hours per work week.

Frequent local travel in/or around assigned territory.

Must enjoy working with and learning about technology. Must enjoy meeting people and building relationships.
