Monday to Friday

Weekends free

Pay Range:

$19.50  - $31.00  hourly

Location: Orlando, FL

THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB

Responsibilities:

  • Enter and update customer information in the company’s database with a high level of accuracy.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints by determining the cause of the problem, explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information and logging communications.
  • Provide product and service information to customers, addressing any questions they may have.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and data integrity.
  • Assist in preparing reports and analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Perform routine administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
  • Follow company procedures and guidelines to handle customer interactions consistently.
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in data entry and customer service is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
