Position Summary: Our busy, client-focused company is looking for a committed and well-organized Sales Manager. In this role you will be responsible for building relationships with potential clients after identifying their projects as a good fit for our services. You will screen initial inquires, meet with clients at project locations, create a detailed initial estimate based on their requests, and answer questions promptly throughout the process.


The successful applicant will have a positive attitude, a desire to work as efficiently as possible, and excellent client-facing communication skills. We're looking for an energetic professional who is a team player who will work closely will all team members to achieve a smooth process and successful remodeling projects for our clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle initial inquiries via phone or online channels, gathering client data.
  • Conduct sales calls within 24 hours of first contact to screen for budget and fit.
  • Schedule estimates and send customer confirmation emails.
  • Meet with clients, evaluate projects, provide verbal ballpark quotes, and leave behind sample work orders.
  • Negotiate pricing with clients if necessary.
  • Update systems with client feedback and information.
  • Send follow-up emails, secure agreements, and manage documentation.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure project success.


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in related field preferred
  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the construction industry or a remodeling environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in BuilderTrend and Dropbox Sign (preferred).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Have a reliable form of transportation and valid driver's license
  • Must own or be willing to acquire a smartphone


Pay Range:

  • Competitive salary and commission structure; $75k plus commission and bonus potential
