The successful candidate will be driven to be a top producer and required to maintain daily activities. These activities include but are not limited to generating sales appointments from incoming/outgoing phone calls, email, text, chat and social media. Phone etiquette, email/text skills, a confident personality and demonstrate customer relations skills are a must.

Expected Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities

  • College Degree preferred but not required
  • Professional phone voices and phone skills
  • Superior written and verbal communication with efficient typing, email, chat, and texting skills
  • Confident personality
  • Superior customer service skills
  • Attention to detail, excellent organization skills, superior time managements skills and ability to multitask
  • Ability to work with computer applications including but not limited to: email, text, chat applications, web applications and our CRM application
  • Driven to earn performance bonuses in addition to base pay

 

Job Requirements

  • Execute dealership’s internet and phone appointment standards and processes
  • Set appointments with customers from incoming internet, phone and chat requests using defined word tracks and templates while maintaining performance standards
  • Be prepared, friendly, knowledgeable, and confident on every customer interaction
  • Perform daily follow-up with sales and service prospects to increase appointments and show rates
  • Record all activity in the CRM
  • Consistently maintain a standard level of incoming and outgoing customer communications by phone, text or email
  • Contact customers via outgoing phone, email, or text to set appointments based on marketing initiatives/campaigns
  • Weekend availability necessary.
