Type of Projects:
Facilities Design at industrial plants such as lighting systems, power distribution systems, classified areas, clean rooms, construction, data centers, equipment, equipment installations, labs, offices, process lines, restrooms, remodels and upgrades.

Note: This is NOT an equipment/machine design, automation, product development position or process piping position. Qualified candidates must have experience with mechanical design for industrial building facilities construction.

Responsibilities
  • Design HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems using AutoCAD.
  • Manage mechanical scope for projects at different design stages.
  • Lead assignments for drawing, presentation, and system integration.
  • Generate reports, drawings, and plans, ensuring project deliverables are met.
  • Fieldwork to collect data to successfully complete industrial facility construction projects

Qualifications
  • 4 -7 years of mechanical design experience.
  • Strong experience in commercial or industrial facility mechanical design projects.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
  • Able to perform heating and cooling load calculations
  • Expertise in HVAC, exhaust systems, plumbing, and utility piping design.
  • Familiarity with hygiene codes and ventilation standards.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships.
