Job Description:

As a Marketing Administrator at Eddy Homes, you will play a crucial role in promoting our top-shelf brand and exquisite homes, ultimately driving sales. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for marketing to contribute to our dynamic team.

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Administrative Support: Providing administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing files and documents.
  2. Research: Conducting market research and competitive analysis to gather information on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
  3. Content Creation: Assisting with the creation of marketing content such as social media posts, blog articles, and promotional materials.
  4. Campaign Coordination: Assisting with the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns, including preparing materials, scheduling events, and tracking campaign performance.
  5. Social Media Management: Managing social media accounts, including posting content, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring engagement metrics.
  6. Data Entry and Analysis: Entering data into marketing databases and systems, and assisting with data analysis and reporting.
  7. Customer Communication: Assisting with customer communication efforts such as email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and surveys.
  8. Event Support: Providing support for marketing events and promotions, including coordinating logistics, setting up booths, and interacting with event attendees.
  9. Graphic Design: Assisting with graphic design tasks such as creating images, graphics, and visual assets for marketing materials.
  10. Vendor Coordination: Assisting with the coordination of external vendors and partners for marketing initiatives, such as printers, designers, and advertising agencies.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. While a degree is preferred, relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Experience:
    • 2-3 years of experience in marketing, administrative support, or a related field.
    • Experience with marketing tools and software such as CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools.
    • Familiarity with digital marketing channels including social media, email, and content marketing.
    • Experience in coordinating marketing campaigns and events.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and proofreading.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data and metrics.
  • Tech-Savviness: Comfortable learning new software and tools quickly, and staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal teams, external vendors, and clients.
  • Creativity: Ability to think creatively and contribute innovative ideas to marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and handle unexpected challenges in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to Brand: Understanding and appreciation of brand guidelines, and ability to ensure consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
