Responsibilities:

Project Management:

• Coordinate and oversee specific short-term projects' planning, implementation, and tracking.
• Develop project plans, including defining scope, goals, deliverables, resources, budget, and timelines.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within scope and budget.

Market Analysis:

• Assist in analyzing solid rocket motors sector industry trends, focusing on defense, aerospace, and commercial applications.
• Support assessing competitors' capabilities, market share, and pricing strategies.
• Help identify target market segments, including defense contractors, space launch providers, and commercial satellite manufacturers.

Marketing Objectives Support:

• Support the execution of marketing objectives aligned with X-Bow's mission and strategic goals.
• Assist in increasing market share, securing key contracts, and positioning X-Bow as a solid rocket motor technology leader.

Strategic Positioning:

• Assist in defining X-Bow's unique value proposition in the solid rocket motors market.
• Support the development of positioning strategies to differentiate X-Bow's products from competitors.

Product Portfolio Support:

• Assist in evaluating X-Bow's solid rocket motors portfolio and developing product positioning strategies for different customer segments.

Promotional Activities:

• Coordinate the implementation of the integrated marketing communications plan.

Press Relations:

Social Media Management:

• Help identify key social media platforms for X-Bow's target audience.

• Monitor social media channels for mentions and inquiries and assist in responding to the audience.

Sales Enablement:

• Assist in developing sales collateral and tools to support the sales team.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

• Assist in implementing a CRM system to manage customer interactions, track leads, and analyze customer data.
• Help establish feedback mechanisms to gather customer insights.

Measurement and Analytics:

• Support the establishment of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing effectiveness.
• Assist in monitoring and analyzing marketing metrics to track progress and optimize strategies.

Budget and Resource Allocation:

• Assist in the allocation of resources and budget for marketing initiatives.
• Support regular review and optimization of budget allocation.
