Responsibilities:

  • Dispense medication in accordance with doctor's orders and state regulations like a boss
  • Keep a watchful eye on our residents' responses to their medicines
  • Provide a helping hand with those everyday activities like bathing, grooming, dressing, and even mobility support
  • Communicate incredibly well with residents, families, and the entire healthcare team
  • Keep detailed records of all medication administration and resident care activities on fleek.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (ya gotta have a degree, peeps)
  • Completion of state-approved Medication Aide training program (cuz nobody wants a rookie around meds)
  • Current certification as a Medication Aide MA-C in Ohio (no exceptions, guys)
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting is an added bonus (and we like bonuses)
  • Master of communication and interpersonal skills worthy of a superhero team
  • Approachable, patient, and compassionate demeanor perfect for our residents
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a top-notch team and make others feel superhero-material.
  • Devoted to always maintaining the highest professional and ethical standards, like a true hero
