Job DescriptionJob Description

Part-Time Campus Safety Officer We are seeking a Part-Time Campus Safety Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have customer service experience, good critical thinking skills, and be a problem solver while having the ability to use discretion and tact. The candidate must be a good communicator while having the best interest of constituents in mind when enforcing laws and policies. Campus Safety Officers do not carry any type of weapon or restraints.

Responsibilities:

  • Enforce campus policies and regulations
  • Provide assistance to students, faculty, and staff
  • Monitor campus activity and report any suspicious behavior
  • Respond to emergencies and provide first aid if necessary
  • Complete incident reports and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

  • Customer service experience
  • Good critical thinking skills
  • Problem solver with the ability to use discretion and tact
  • Good communicator with the best interest of constituents in mind
  • Available to work between 16 to 24 hours a week competed in 8 hour shifts
  • Available to work on weekends, nights, and holidays

The rate of pay is $19 dollars an hour.
