Job Description:

The Parking Facilities Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of the parking lots as well as testing and maintaining all Parking Equipment throughout our portfolio. The role will involve performing general maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, installing, and maintaining signage. The successful candidate will be able to work independently, have a keen eye for detail, and exhibit a high level of professionalism when interacting with customers. In addition, you must have mechanical skills to troubleshoot the facilities onsite equipment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain parking lots and garages.
  • Supervise and train new hires.
  • Install and maintain signage.
  • Ensure that all safety guidelines are followed, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and customers.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must Have Valid driver's License
  • Experience in maintenance, janitorial work or landscaping preferred, but not required.
  • Mechanical skills (experience with power and hand tools)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
