We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our remote HR consulting team You will be a dedicated resource to assigned accounts and perform a wide variety of HR activities to support small and scaling organizations. We work with companies that put their people first and place a high value on the HR experience.
This is a 100% remote position and great opportunity for candidates with at least 5 years of HR experience to contribute and grow in a fully remote work environment. We are looking for an immediate hire.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic guidance across various HR disciplines:
- Employee relations
- Training and development
- Compensation
- Total rewards
- Employee benefits
- HRIS
- Culture development
- Develop company procedures and serve as a subject matter expert for multi-state employers
- Onboard and train new employees
- Manage HR goals and deliverables in an agile manner - always responsive and adaptable to change
- Implement company culture, values and policies
- Provide management with requested reports and documents
- Contribute to team blogs and training material as needed
Requirements
- Previous experience autonomously managing Human Resources for small businesses
- HR certification via SHRM and/or HRCI is a plus
- Knowledge of labor and employment laws
- Ability to build rapport with all employees
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, Monday.com and similar tools preferred
Benefits
While this position is initially a 1099, role. There is the opportunity to convert to W-2 within 1-3 months of successful delivery of HR service.
