PURPOSE:


Family Centered Treatment® (FCT) is a home-based trauma treatment. FCT is designed for families who are at-risk of dissolution or in need of reunification. It is also designed to serve youth who move between the child welfare, behavioral health, and juvenile justice systems. During treatment, FCT practitioners aim to help families identify their core emotional issues, identify functions of behaviors in a family systems context, change the emotional tone and behavioral interaction patterns among family members, and develop secure relationships by strengthening attachment bonds. Applicants should be Qualified Professionals who have clinical experience or are pursuing clinical education.


What you will make $20-22/hr.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Display individual proficiency and effectiveness in the role
  • Be punctual, arrive on time, and prepared
  • Learn and utilize the organization’s systems, processes and procedures as instructed
  • Display a high degree of being open to coaching/feedback regarding performance and areas of improvement
  • Contribute to a positive team culture through your actions, attitude, and communication
  • Consistently deliver excellent customer service to your clients/customers
  • Conduct yourself in the highest standards of ethics and integrity while displaying emotional intelligence in your day-to-day work with customers, peers, and leadership
  • Represent the organization internally and externally through your communication and conduct
  • Display trauma informed practices and principles in your interactions with customers, with peers and with leadership
  • Oversee the coordination of successful discharges, referrals, and general needs of the client on your caseload
  • Coordinate Child and Family Team meetings, external and internal stakeholder meetings and drive communication around the client’s needs
  • Ability to work Hybrid/Remote. Will serve the Hendersonville and Ashville areas
  • Ability to work PT with potential to work FT
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:


Position Specifications and Requirements:

  • Must have a valid Driver License and meet any credentialing, licensing, and privileging standards as it pertains to the department you are in.
  • This position is Part-time with potential to become Full Time
  • Must reside in the Hendersonville or Asheville area
  • Education requirement for this individual contributor role is: Bachelor’s Degree in human services or related field
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite application software, excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to work well with different internal and external stakeholders.
