General Office Support

Shore Point currently has an opening for a General Office Support candidate to join our Freehold, NJ team. This position is a Full-time position Monday through Friday. Candidates for this position must be able to work a Flexible schedule.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, professional customer service skills, must be organized, knowledge with Microsoft including Word and Excel, and be able to operate general office equipment.
Duties include:
- Handle administrative requests and queries from the management team;
- Handle high volume phone activity;
- Enter orders on a regular basis;
- Enter credits and debits to customer accounts;
- Simple bookkeeping;
- Scanning checks for bank deposit;
- Data entry and tracking data on company spreadsheets;
- Attend to and resolve customer and driver issues;
- Identify and correct invoice discrepancies;
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Flexible work schedule required;
- Excellent customer service and communication skills with the ability to solve problems;
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and prioritize under pressure;
- Excellent communication skills including written, verbal, interpersonal, phone;
- Ability to think analytically, with focus on problem troubleshooting;
- A flexible and strong team player;
- Microsoft Office proficient.
