As a Client Service Representative at MSI, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering top-notch service to our clients. You'll serve as their primary point of contact, providing assistance, addressing concerns, and building strong relationships. Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, providing assistance, and addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to offer personalized service and support.
  • Assist in managing client accounts, including updating information, processing orders, and coordinating service requests.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client issues and concerns, escalating complex matters when necessary to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively educate clients and recommend solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Provide administrative support to the client services team, including data entry, document preparation, and file management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless communication and alignment in delivering exceptional service to clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping others.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service or client relations is a plus but not required.
