Spot On Veterinary currently resides in a state-of-the-art 16,000 sq ft building on the border of Old Greenwich and Stamford. We are looking for a select group of people to join us in our next phase of growth.

Our ideal candidate will be self-motivated, possess a passion for client relationships, and commit to individualized medicine, with the understanding that we function as a highly specialized close-knit team. We are looking for a select group of people to join us in our next phase of growth.

There are few jobs more rewarding than that of grooming assistant. Grooming assistants assist professional stylists with many aspects of the pet grooming process. The compassionate presence of these professionals plays a vital role in the daily activities of our hospital and hotel. Examples of some of the responsibilities of grooming assistants include attending to the daily needs of the patients under their care, such as washing and drying, brushing and blowouts, providing water, and walking them when necessary. Grooming assistants also clean and disinfect all areas of the salon and spa to help ensure the cleanest and safest environment for our patients, our clients, and our team. Maintaining equipment, sterilizing salon instruments, and setting up equipment and supplies to enable stylists to perform procedures are important responsibilities. Assistants will also learn compassionate techniques for safely restraining patients during baths and brushouts.
