Who We Are Seeking

Our growing team is seeking an upbeat, personable, independent, organized, and detail-oriented teammate to join our growing team in South Reno. The candidate’s focus will be identifying contract opportunities nationwide to service the Pestmaster Network utilizing third party programs already in place. Candidate will assist in the process flow of said opportunities.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Finding government contracting opportunities.
  • Reviewing all solicitation documents to verify bid opportunities.
  • Attend virtual pre-bid meetings offered by government contracting officers.
  • Write technical proposals and fill out response forms.
  • Establishing proposed contract pricing with field operations managers and contracts manager.
  • Deliver bids by response deadline.
  • Notarizing of various bids and other applicable company documents

 

CORE COMPETENCIES & MINDSET

 

  • Have an active Nevada Notary public commission or be willing to obtain one within the first 90-days of employment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A “people” person (effective interpersonal skills with team members, franchisees, and customers).
  • Detail oriented (“finger on the pulse” workstyle).
  • A critical thinker and independent problem solver.
  • Organized and able to multitask.
  • Ability to drive and exceed monthly contracts target/goals and manage a pipeline.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

 

  • Microsoft software (Excel, Word, TEAMS, ADOBE) skills
  • Previous experience navigating the internet and windows operating systems,
  • Ability to “self-motivate” in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent customer service and customer interaction skills
  • Familiarity with federal and state contracting, a plus.
  • Government procurement operations, a plus.
