We are a growing multidisciplinary therapy clinic in need of an Office Assistant. We provide Physical, Occupational, Speech & Massage Therapy. This position is for our Hill Rd location.

Pay rate for this position ranges from $12 - $14/hour


Job tasks include:


  • Greeting and checking in patients
  • Handle incoming calls and other communication
  • Scheduling patients
  • Verification of insurance
  • Complete intake paperwork of new patients.
  • Scanning, copying, faxing
  • Collecting co-pays
  • Organize and maintain office space
  • Work on Google drive/sheets
  • Assist Office Manager with tasks
  • Assist with cleaning around the office
Qualifications


  • EMR Knowledge - preferred
  • Health Insurance knowledge - required
  • Microsoft office knowledge - required
  • Google drive knowledge - required
  • Saturdays may be required
  • Clinic hours are 8am - 7pm (schedule will vary during those times)
  • Healthcare experience is preferred
  • Sales experience is a plus
  • Customer Service experience is a plus
