Job Title : 3D CAD Conversion Specialist (SolidWorks)

Job Type : C2C

Domain : Manufacturing

Responsibilities:

  • 3-5 years of experience in creating 2D drawings and 3D models using SolidWorks.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen due to access restrictions on export-controlled content.
  • Proficient in converting Inventor models to SolidWorks.
  • Strong expertise in creating complex geometry, particularly for castings.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to adhere to CAD guidelines.
  • Familiarity with CAD management systems is a plus.
  • Convert Inventor files into SolidWorks files by recreating CAD files from the ground up.
  • Create accurate and detailed 3D models in SolidWorks based on Inventor counterparts.
  • Recreate 2D drawings in SolidWorks, ensuring compliance with Flowserve's CAD standards.
  • Develop complex geometry for castings in SolidWorks.
  • Review, check, and correct CAD files created by other drafters for accuracy and compliance.
  • Upload finalized and checked CAD files into the CAD management system.
  • Create 3D SolidWorks models from 2D AutoCAD drawings as required.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
