Agile Project Manager

We are partnering with a dynamic e-commerce platform seeking an enthusiastic Agile Project Manager for a project-based role. Join our team to lead and coordinate Agile projects, fostering collaboration and delivering successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning & Execution: Lead the planning, implementation, and monitoring of Agile projects. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget, following Agile principles and methodologies.

  • Scrum Master: Act as a Scrum Master for Agile teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing impediments, and fostering self-organization and continuous improvement.

  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to promote Agile best practices, transparency, and effective communication. Empower team members to deliver high-quality results.

  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks proactively. Develop contingency plans and escalate issues as needed to ensure project success.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders at various levels to gather requirements, provide project updates, and ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.

  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement within Agile teams by fostering a culture of feedback, learning, and adaptation. Implement retrospective findings to enhance team performance.

Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Agile Project Manager, preferably in e-commerce or technology sectors.

  • Certification: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification is highly desirable.

  • Skills:

    • Proficient in Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or Lean.

    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards a common goal.

    • Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.

    • Experience with Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, or AgileCraft for project management and tracking.

    • Effective problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering value to customers.
