- Engage in a robust transactional practice focused on private equity, capital markets, joint ventures, and mergers and acquisitions.
- Work with a diverse client base, including NYSE, NASDAQ, and AMEX listed companies across industries such as energy, banking, real estate, healthcare, communications, manufacturing, and technology.
- Provide counsel to closely-held and family-owned companies throughout all stages of their lifecycle, from start-up through sale.
- Participate in one of the country’s largest and most sophisticated Family Office practices, serving the corporate, tax, and transactional needs of high-net-worth clients and their businesses.Requirements:- Minimum of 4 years of demonstrated corporate transactional experience.
- Excellent technical, professional, and client service skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Team-oriented with a focus on collaboration.
- Effective problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and proactively.
