The Construction Senior Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects. This includes managing the budget, schedule, and resources for the project, as well as communicating with clients, architects, and subcontractors while ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop project plans and timelines, including setting project goals and objectives, determining project tasks and resource requirements, and coordinating with team members to ensure project completion on time and within budget
• Manage the budget and financial performance of the project, including monitoring project costs, tracking expenses, and identifying areas of potential cost savings
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders to establish project expectations and provide regular updates on progress and any issues that arise
• Oversee the selection and management of subcontractors and vendors, including negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance with safety, quality standards, and healthcare regulations
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure projects stay on schedule
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including building codes, safety standards, and healthcare regulations
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project design and construction align with project goals and objectives
• Resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise during projects and ensure any changes to the projects are properly documented and approved
• Ensure projects are completed to the satisfaction of the clients and projects are handed over in a timely and efficient manner Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field -OR- equivalent experience
• Minimum 10 years of experience in healthcare construction project management
• Proven ability to manage budgets and meet project deadlines
• Experience with project management software and tools
• Strong understanding of construction laws and regulations
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
