Role and Responsibilities:


As a Sales Representative at Brad Sutter State Farm, you will be the face of our agency, engaging with prospective clients and providing them with valuable insurance solutions. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Sales and Consultation: Understanding the insurance needs of potential customers through active listening and conducting thorough assessments. Recommending appropriate insurance policies to protect their assets and loved ones.
  2. Customer Relationship Management: Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively. Providing exceptional customer service at every touchpoint.
  3. Prospecting and Networking: Identifying potential clients through various channels, including referrals, networking events, and community involvement. Expanding our customer base and contributing to the growth of the agency.
  4. Policy Reviews: Conducting regular policy reviews with existing clients to assess their coverage and make adjustments based on life changes and evolving needs.
  5. Team Collaboration: Working closely with our dedicated team to deliver a seamless customer experience and achieve collective goals.
  6. Sales Targets: Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the company.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

  • Sales Experience: Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred, but we welcome applicants who possess strong interpersonal skills and a desire to learn and grow in the insurance industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Customer-Centric: A genuine passion for helping others and a commitment to going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Goal-Oriented: A self-motivated individual with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Insurance Knowledge: While not mandatory, familiarity with insurance products and industry practices will be advantageous.
