They should be able to sell all areas including membership, products and range services.
PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Achieve Results
1. Manage multiple customers with the highest level of customer service
2. Meet or exceed sales quotas
3. Adhere to all laws both federal and state when executing a transaction
4. Maintain a healthy and safe environment
5. Stock and face inventory, while keeping loss prevention at the forefront
Operational Excellence
1. Follow all billing and point of sale procedures
2. Keep floor, club and range clean, safe and stocked
3. Address safety issues swiftly and immediately
4. Understand firearms, products, and all services offered
5. Place clients on the range within designated guidelines
Relationships
1. Establish and ensure collaborative, supporting relationships within the entire organization.
2. Establish and maintain positive, effective relationships with customers.
Key Competencies· Must have a complete understanding of all ATF regulations pertaining to the sale and transfer of firearms and NFA items
· Must have comprehensive firearms knowledge
· Able to educate persons of all levels of experience in firearms
· Must be able to remain standing for long periods of time on the sales floor
Requirements:Must be 21 years old or older
EDUCATION
High school diploma is preferred
EXPERIENCE
Former firearms retail experience, sales and/or retail experience
