  • Provide HR support to all functional and global leaders.
  • Assist with HRIS reporting and data analysis as needed.
  • Assist the HR management team with compliance activities to include defining policies and procedures to ensure employment and work practices comply with applicable laws and regulations. Maintain all necessary records and files to support review and audit.
  • Support the Global Talent & Development Director with the development of programs that support the full employment lifecycle, including career development, wellness, succession planning, management and leadership development. Also assist with LMS reporting and training assignments.
  • Provide advice and assistance to employees and managers on HR policies, programs, and procedures.
  • Resolve HR inquiries or escalate to the appropriate individual depending on severity.
  • Apply fundamental business and HR concepts to assignments and carry out the company’s HR policies, programs, plans, practices and procedures.
  • Translate technical knowledge and guidance into usable information applicable to assignments.
  • Confer with management on unusual or non-standard matters.
  • May assist with employee onboarding and offboarding process.
  • Perform such individual assignments as supervisors and superiors may direct; ensure adequate and continuous controls are exercised over all assigned activities affecting quality; establish and maintain effective work relationships within the department, the Corporation and the community; and maintain the professional competence, knowledge and skill necessary for the satisfactory performance of all assigned responsibilities.
  • Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  • Perform related duties and special projects as assigned.
Skill Requirements:
  • HRIS experience preferred.
  • Attention to detail is critical in this role, excellent proofreading skills.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Apply fundamental business and HR concepts to assignments and carry out the company’s HR policies, programs, plans, practices and procedures.
  • Self-directed with a high degree of self-motivation.
  • Gather and coordinate basic information using established procedures.
  • Proficient computer skills and abilities with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Education and Experience Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources required.
  • 5 or more years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Broad technical knowledge of the laws and regulations surrounding human resources with excellent human relations and people sensitive skills.
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
