The janitorial supervisor is a working position that performs cleaning duties and supervises the work activities of janitorial staff at our client's facility. The ideal candidate must have a flexible schedule and willing to work overtime when necessary.

  • Maintain good client relations.
  • Resolve all customer issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintains distribution and delivery of supplies and equipment to custodial staff.
  • Ability to provide leadership to the janitorial team
  • Monitor and inspect to ensure quality control expectations are met
  • Complete all quality control programs in accordance with company guidelines
  • Ability to self-manage daily activities without supervision.
