Griffith Foods - R&D Technical Leader - Protein Processor Segment

Griffith Foods is a key player in the global food industry, providing a wide array of taste and texture components to customers worldwide. Our products, including seasoning blends, coating systems, sauces, and more, are essential in various food applications, from snacks to ready meals.

Summary:

  • Lead the implementation of technical programs to support the Protein Processor Segment and Protein product category strategy within retail.
  • Direct R&D activities to develop key strategies for Griffith Foods' Protein & Retail Segments.
  • Apply scientific principles in research, quality control, and waste reduction.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain to optimize product formulation efficiency.
  • Ensure production of safe and compliant food products.
  • Align R&D and regulatory strategies for efficient operations.
  • Drive innovation and talent management initiatives.
  • Communicate progress on product development.

Qualifications:

  • MS in Food Science, Food Chemistry, or related field.
  • 12-20 years of R&D experience in the meat industry.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
