The Warehouse Lead is responsible for effectively leading the warehouse, shipping, and receiving functions and the Warehouse department staff. In addition, the Warehouse Lead must oversee as well as perform the following duties:

  • Ensure all LTL and Small Package Standards completed on time.
  • Conducts physical inventory, compares results to computerized inventory, and reconciles any differences.
  • Daily cycle counts of inventoried materials.
  • Oversee and assist with product receiving when necessary
  • Preparation of scheduled transfers to and from warehouse.
  • Collaborates with other departments and stakeholders to develop strategic plans and procedures to increase the efficiency of warehouse practices.
  • Collaborate with the team on daily tasks such as picking, wrapping, and inspecting material before shipping takes place
  • Work with cross functional departments to address customer complaints
  • Enforces operating instructions and safety policies.
  • Assist with loading and unloading trucks
  • Resolves routine equipment issues.
  • Conduct morning meetings with the Warehouse Associates to plan accordingly to the day’s workload.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

Rate: $23-$26 / hour

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7am - 330pm.

There is opportunity for overtime POTENTIAL TO EARN MONTHLY AND QUARTERLY BONUSES

  • Experience working in a LEAN operation highly desirable.




Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of related experience


  • Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a daily basis
  • Must be able to kneel, stoop, bend, and twist on a daily basis
  • Must be able to stand for an extended period of time on a daily basis
