Ryan Archer's Farmers Insurance Agency in Westlake Village, CA is hiring a Licensed Customer Service Sales Representative to service our commercial product line.


In this position, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and sales support for our commercial insurance accounts. By joining our team, you will have the opportunity to expand your knowledge of the insurance industry and benefit from various growth and advancement opportunities. Rest assured, we will provide comprehensive training on our insurance products and services, equipping you with all the necessary tools for success

Responsibilities
  • Foster strong relationships with our commercial customers to maintain a high level of client retention and brand loyalty
  • Follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems to agent
  • Provide customers with additional information about new products and services that best suit their needs
  • Respond to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe
  • Assess and identify the wants and needs of your customer(s) over the phone
  • Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales

Requirements
  • Licensing: Must possess an Active CA Property & Casualty Insurance License.
  • Prior Experience: Minimum of 2-years of experience in commercial insurance.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Customer-Focused: A passion for providing exceptional customer service and exceeding client expectations.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work effectively in a hybrid remote work environment.
  • Team Player: Collaborate efficiently with team members and contribute to a positive work environment
