America's Auto Auction - Las Vegas is looking for a Fleet Lease Account Coordinator. The Fleet Lease Account Coordinator is responsible for organizing all pick-up orders from various sources. This role sets up weekly Lease/Bank and Damaged and Disabled Sale on a weekly basis. The Fleet Lease Account Coordinator exhibits superior customer service at all times.

What You Will Do:

  • Provide efficient and courteous service to all customers at all times.
  • Assist customers with questions and/or concerns.
  • Ensure timely, efficient pick-up of all available lease/bank vehicles.
  • Ensure timely, efficient coordination of transport of all qualified lease/bank vehicles to the auction.
  • Ensure timely, efficient and accurate posting of charges applicable to lease/bank vehicles.
  • Ensure all condition reports are properly processed and sent.
  • Ensure that all condition reports are properly processed and sent to lease/bank clients in a timely, efficient manner.
  • Selling of auction services to dealers.
  • Ensure accurate inventory control. Maintain inventory folders to keep the department well organized.
  • Ensure set-up of weekly Lease/Bank and Damaged/Disabled sale.
  • Ensure master run list is run each week and available by noon every Tuesday.
  • Obtain all pertinent floor prices from the various companies be represented.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Skills: Should be highly organized, self motivated and self disciplined. Highly goal and customer service orientated. Computer proficient. Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organized self-starter, highly motivated to achieve
  • Environment: The environment of the Fleet Lease Staff involves working outside of the office. Those working in this position are subject to temperature changes, all types of weather conditions, elevated noise levels and at times fumes and odors associated with vehicle exhaust at times
