HOURS: Full Time

SUMMARY

JMAC Energy Services is composed of a family of companies serving the Bakken oil field in North Dakota. These include heavy construction, water transfer, waste management, aggregate materials and trucking. The companies enjoy market-leading positions in each of their service categories, with long-term management and stable customer relationships.

We are looking for a senior management professional who will work as a peer to the organizations' senior leaders maintaining the company's industry-leading safety performance. This position has historically included a role in managing the organizations' DOT compliance and also providing leadership in Human Resources. Candidates with experience in all these areas preferred but not required.

Primary duties include the following:

• Safety leadership and standards
  • Creating and management safety standards and processes
  • Field presence promoting safe behaviors with work force
  • Customer interface for all safety related issues
  • Workforce training
• Safety compliance
  • OSHA reporting
  • ISNetworld reporting and maintenance
  • Insurance representation
• Incident investigation
  • On-site post accident investigation
  • Preparation of reports and root cause analysis
• Case management
  • Working with insurers assuring best outcomes
  • Interfacing with regulators

REQUIREMENTS

• Position is based in Williston, ND
• Minimum 8 years experience in leadership and management
• Demonstrated expertise in safety leadership, regulatory requirements, and best methods
• Experience with oil and gas industry work force and customer standards.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with management teams.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills including proficiency in Spanish.
• Good skills using Microsoft Office, computers and other technology.
• Preferred skills:
  • Knowledge of Human Resource compliance and best practice
  • Experience in DOT compliance
