Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled professional with solid experience in managing a medium size website and skills for smart and effective social media posting. This person would also be managing a newly started companies marketing items (Merchandise and Apparel) via a fulfilment setup. This onsite or remote (not preferred) position offers an exciting opportunity to lead the merchandise and website segment of our business, managing everything from website design to supplier relationships. If you are proficient in Photoshop, Google Certified (preferred but not required), Excel, passionate about e-commerce, and possess a keen eye for detail and hunger to learn, we want to hear from you.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:**

1. **Design and Setup Merchandise Website:** Lead the development and implementation of a new merchandise website using platforms like Shopify, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly online shopping experience for our customers.

2. **Fulfillment Management:** Oversee the selection and management of a fulfillment company to handle receiving, inventory management, and shipping of all merchandise orders to customers worldwide.

3. **Supplier Relationship Management:** Establish and nurture relationships with suppliers to secure high-quality merchandise at competitive prices, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising on quality.

4. **Product Development Collaboration:** Collaborate closely with our graphic design team to conceptualize and develop new merchandise designs and products that resonate with our target audience.

5. **Inventory Control and Analysis:** Manage inventory control processes, conduct cost analysis, and utilize data-driven approaches for inventory forecasting to optimize stock levels and minimize overstock or stockouts.

6. **Marketing and Promotion:** Work closely with our Social Media team to develop and execute marketing strategies aimed at generating more customers for our merchandise products, leveraging various digital marketing channels effectively.

**REQUIREMENTS**

- Proficiency in Excel and other relevant software for data analysis and management.
- Proven experience in e-commerce and merchandise management, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build strong relationships with suppliers and team members.
- Creative thinking and a passion for innovation in merchandise design and marketing.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
