Schedule
Mon - Friday and Sunday, from 10:00am-6:00pm. (Off on Saturday)
Position Overview
Raw Seafoods, Inc. is looking for a Receiver. The Receiver will be responsible for receiving and storing products. The Receiver handles the receiving of items in a warehouse and ensures the shipments are inspected, sorted, stored and stocked on the shelves as needed.
Essential Duties
- Sorting and moving materials and goods
- Stocking and restocking materials
- Make sure orders are correct
- Using computer systems and scanners to manage orders
- Might operate pallet jacks or forklifts to transport goods
- Follow safety practices throughout operations
- Ensure warehouse and production goals are met.
Qualifications
- Warehouse experience Required
- High school/GED
- Computer literate, required
- Able to read and know basic math
- Able to lift up to 50lbs.
- Some Heavy lifting is required
- Ability to stay on feet for long periods of time
- Ability to work in a cold/wet area.
