Schedule for the Dental Administrator:

  • Monday: 12:00 PM - 7:00PM

  • Tuesday: 10:00 AM - 6:00PM

  • Wednesday: CLOSED - Open 1 Wednesday/month

  • Thursday-Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:00PM

  • Saturday: 9:00 AM - 2:00PM (2-3x/month)

Responsibilities and Requirements of the Dental Administrator:

  • 1 Year of Dental Experience Required

  • Software: Dentrix

  • Oversee daily activities of the front desk

  • Manage and coordinate insurance verification

  • Coordinate schedules with hygiene and dentists

  • Treatment presentation

  • Collect co-payments
