Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAs the Director of Facilities,you will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing our physical environment to ensure a safe, efficient, and productive workspace for all employees. In this role, you will assume responsibility for all the bank’s buildings and grounds, including managing rental units within the bank-owned properties. You will oversee and manage all facility vendors and work with senior management and the building committee on capital projects, including new buildings, repairs, and improvements.

The ideal candidate will have eight or more years of professional experience in facilities management, construction, operations, or a related field. They should also have three or more years of supervisory experience, along with project management experience, which is preferred. Strong interpersonal skills are necessary to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Knowledge of HVAC and other building systems is required, and a valid driver's license is a must. The individual in this role must be able to work a flexible time schedule including after hours. The ability to travel to various Mascoma Bank locations including VT, NH, ME is a must. Confidentiality and privacy are essential for all Mascoma Bank team members.

This position can be performed hybrid or onsite at our Operations Center in White River Junction, VT or Lebanon, NH.
