Position Overview: The Communications Agent will be responsible for managing and enhancing the company's internal and external communications. This role involves creating content, managing social media channels, coordinating public relations activities, and ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms. The ideal candidate will possess strong writing skills, creativity, and a keen understanding of the media landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, edit, and distribute content for various platforms including press releases, newsletters, blog posts, and social media.
  • Manage the company’s social media presence, including content planning, posting, and engagement with the audience.
  • Monitor media coverage and prepare reports on PR performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive and effective communication across all channels.
  • Assist in crisis communication and issue management as needed.
  • Maintain and update the company’s website content.
  • Organize and manage company events and promotions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key media contacts and influencers.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
  • Experience with media relations and handling press inquiries.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with content management systems (CMS).
  • Knowledge of graphic design and multimedia tools is a plus.
