The Communications Agent will serve as the frontline representative for our organization, responsible for managing and disseminating information across various channels. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong communication skills, both written and verbal, who can effectively interact with clients, customers, and internal teams. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client & Customer Interaction:

    • Respond to inquiries via phone, email, social media, and other communication platforms.
    • Provide accurate information about the company’s products, services, and policies.
    • Resolve customer issues and escalate complex matters to appropriate departments.

  • Media & Public Relations:

    • Monitor media coverage and report on relevant industry news.
    • Assist in the coordination of media events, press conferences, and public appearances.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key media contacts.

  • Internal Communications:

    • Support the development and dissemination of internal newsletters, announcements, and other employee communications.
    • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with communication tools like CRM software, social media platforms, and content management systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
