Responsibilities

Provides support for System quality, patient safety and patient experience. Validates and facilitates activities to improve quality and patient safety across the System and to advance the effort of a highly reliable organization. Delivers services in partnership with leaders throughout the System to ensure performance improvement is realized and sustained.


Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field is preferred

High School Diploma and five years of experience in quality, healthcare, mathematics, statistics or related field may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree

Experience

2-3 years in a clinical environment is preferred

Certifications, Licenses and Registrations

Basic Life Support (BLS) is required

LEAN/Six Sigma Certification preferred

Physical Requirements: Administrative
