Job DescriptionJob Description

We are looking for a dynamic Entry-Level Junior Executive to serve as the primary business contact for our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, representing client needs within the organization, and building strong relationships to encourage new and repeat business opportunities.

Responsibilities:
  • Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for all client communications, ensuring quality standards and client expectations are met.
  • Account Growth: Pursue opportunities for account growth and new business development.
  • Product Knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of the company’s capabilities and services, and effectively communicate all offerings to customers.
  • Sales and Marketing Training: Perform duties associated with marketing and sales training, including making sales field visits, assisting in the implementation of sales training, and customer education.
  • Team Participation: Attend and participate in sales meetings, conference calls, training programs, and conventions as directed.
