Fusion Transport offer more than 40 years of industry leading experience providing customized supply chain solutions.We are a rapidly growing >$300M+ company with nationwide presence. We are an integrated third-party logistics company, with a brokerage division, an in-house long-haul fleet, several warehouses around the country, and a retail consolidation business.

We currently operate under three levels of services which include Assets, Brokerage, and Warehousing.

Our freight brokerage business is growing rapidly (operating under the well-established Am Trans brand) and looking for experienced brokers to join our team. Our integrated 3PL business allows brokers to leverage other parts of the business as selling points in ways that traditional brokers can't, making it easier to build relationships and sell to clients.

From first contact to final delivery. Our approach is what is missing in the industry and our customer experience is what will allow us to take the next steps in Fusion’s evolution

Qualifications

  • Over 3 years of sales management experience.
  • More than 3 years of proven success in LTL (Less-than-Truckload) Sales.
  • Strong skills in negotiation and presentation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proven track record in coaching, leading, and motivating teams.
  • Availability to be on call to support team and customers 24/7/365.

Responsibilities

  • Training Phase: Spend the first six months immersing in our business and collaborating closely with our sales and leadership teams.
  • Team Leadership: After training, lead a team of sales employees to drive revenue and support customer needs with LTL services.
  • Revenue Generation: Boost LTL revenue by coaching and developing both new and existing team members.
  • Recruitment and Training: Interview, hire, onboard, and train entry-level LTL account representatives.
  • Strategy and Support: Assist account reps with LTL strategies to meet production targets.
  • Relationship Building: Foster effective relationships across the sales organization.
  • Travel: Occasionally travel to meet with LTL account reps, prospects, and customers.
  • Reporting and Communication: Monitor sales reports, take necessary actions, and communicate LTL trends and market conditions to senior leadership.
  • Issue Resolution: Assist in resolving escalated issues.
  • Growth Strategies: Develop and implement new strategies to grow accounts.
