The SUD Clinician will provide outpatient mental, and substance use disorder health assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and individual and group counseling. Engages in consultation, education, and resource advocacy to agencies within the community. They will coordinate treatment plans among all areas of the care team to support patient care per industry best practice regulations. This position will provide excellent customer service to all internal and external constituencies and consistently exceed the customer’s expectations. Our ideal candidate will provide care for persons who experience barriers to accessing care due to income, language, cultural, and social barriers.

Education: Graduate degree in social work or related field. CADC I is required, CADC II or III is preferred, and MAC is also preferred but not required.
Experience: Minimum two years experience in the field of behavioral health.
A criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen are required once a conditional offer is accepted.
