Salary Range: $90k-$100k plus Benefits
Do you have a passion for hospitality and a knack for leading diverse teams? If so, you might be the perfect fit for our Assistant General Manager role. You will oversee the Rooms Division (Front Desk, Guest Services, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage) and work closely with the General Manager to ensure the success of our property.
Requirements:
Collaborate with various Departments and act as a liaison for the General Manager.
Step in and manage shifts in different departments as needed.
Analyze operational data and use it to improve the position of the property.
Develop and implement standards and operating procedures.
Participate in the Manager on Duty program.
Manage change effectively and proactively.
Provide vision and direction to the departments and help them achieve their goals and objectives.
Communicate clearly and persuasively and inspire employees to perform at their best.
Be able to present technical subjects in a clear and concise manner.
Demonstrate team building experience and a track record of promoting a culture of teamwork.
Lead by example and demonstrate integrity and professionalism.
Boost morale and spirit among employees.
Use a participative management style and value input from employees.
Have a "hands-on" approach to management and be willing to get involved in daily operations.
Qualifications:
-5 years plus Hotel Management
-Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality preferred
