The Materials Control Clerk is responsible, but not limited to follow and execute all JOBS Control related processes within the facility, this includes the activities of Receiving, stocking, kitting, stock checks, cycle counts, rework of kits and any other related activities that need the support from the Materials Control area. The Materials Control clerk will represent the Company and its values and will ensure that the expectations of the Company’s customers are exceeded by performing the following:

Requirements:


Duties and Responsibilities:


1. Perform the assigned job activities as per procedure and policies.

2. Support production when needed for material changes or any other information.

3. Maintain Control of the Signed-out Log

4. Keeps JOB’s Work order files updated

5. Keeps SmartSheet reports updated (Materials Issues log, Master Work Order Log, Work Order issues Log and any other).

6. Responsible for keeping JOB’s bins with the right material.

Act as the direct Materials Control point of contact with Production.

8. Team oriented and take a participating role in the group

9. Liaison with production and purchasing.

10. Reflects the Company’s values in all communications and activities.

11. Able to sit, stand and walk for long periods of time.

12. Able to lift packages within approved weight and to request for help when needed.

13. Able to perform basic mathematical transactions and conversions

Ability to effectively communicate orally and in written form, internally and externally


Qualifications:

1. Minimum education, High School Diploma or GED

2. Prior experience working in a customer service environment is a plus

3. Experience with Inventory management processes (Cycle counts, physical inventory, adjustments, accuracy)

4. Familiar using Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)

5. Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

6. Forklift experience - desired


Work Environment Requirements:

1. This is a Non- Exempt, Full-Time Position.
