MAKE A DIFFERENCE AS A HOSPICE LIASON- SAN ANTONIO -FULL TIME WITH BENEFITS

As a Hospice Liaison with St. Johns Hospice, you'll be responsible for building strong relationships with patients and their families as they navigate through difficult times. On a typical day, you can expect to connect with potential clients and provide them with information about our services. To excel in the role of Hospice Liaison certain skills and qualifications are necessary. Previous experience with B2B sales, specifically in teh hospice or a related field, is required. Familiarity with the fast-paced nature of the hospice industry and the ability to multitask are essential to succeed in this position.

As a Hospice Liaison, you'll need excellent communications and presentation skills to effectively connect with patients, families and healthcare professionals. Attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset will ensure that care plans and transitions are seamless and comprehensive. This role requires daily travel to build relationships and facilitate referrals, so a valid driver's license and reliable transportation are necessary.
