We are currently looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join our Team

Job Summary:

The Assistant Project Manager assists with project planning, coordination, and execution, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget constraints, while emphasizing safety, quality, integrity, and client satisfaction. They excel in communication, maintaining strong relations with all parties involved. Additionally, they possess expertise in project documentation, financial management, and contract compliance, contributing to the successful execution of multiple projects. They should be tech savvy, highly qualified in accounting, and also understand construction (project) operations.

Pay Range: $60k-$75k - Depending on Experience

Required:

  • 2+ Years Project Management experience with an emphasis on construction accounting
  • Associate degree in related discipline
  • Understanding of Commercial HVAC Operations
  • Project Accounting experience (AIA billings, WIP, change orders etc.)
  • Ability to interpret contracts (scope, T&C's, unusual provisions)
  • Cost Control
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills (proficiency with MS Office)
  • Building relationships with clients and staff
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Well organized and ability to work independently
  • Problem solving skills
  • Valid driver's license
  • Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
  • CCIFP (Certified Construction Industry Financial Profession) Certification- Preferred
