About the Opportunity:

This Midwestern 3PL is tech-savvy, always one step ahead operationally, and lacks the corporate red tape that slows other brokerages down. They are looking for a National Sales Executive to identify prospective clients and convert them into regular clients. This pure hunting role also involves negotiating prices, accurately assessing client needs, and helping with the onboarding of new clients. Applicants must have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience and be open to working out of Cincinnati, Ohio.

Duties:

  • Identify potential prospects
  • Contact potential prospects
  • Convert sales leads into serviceable clients
  • Negotiate rates at a profitable and fair level
  • Accurately assess client needs and provide the right solutions
  • Communicate regularly with the Chief Revenue Officer & Market Advisors

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of logistics experience
  • Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Great ability to negotiate and communicate professionally
  • Hunter mentality
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
