We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as our Head of Business Development. As the head of business development, you will play a critical role in growing our business from overseeing and optimizing all operational processes within our organization. This is a leadership position that requires exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. If you are a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for driving operational excellence, we want to hear from you.


Responsibilities
  • Proven track record of growing a business from startup stage to 50+ employees.

  • Lead and manage all operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient business operations

  • Achieve profitability by building a growth/business development team and developing growth strategies

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational processes and drive continuous improvement

  • Ensure the company is recognised as a top choice in our field

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency

  • Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with industry partners and clients

  • Manage and mentor a team of operations and growth staff, providing guidance and support


Requirements

  • Proven track record of growing a business from startup stage to 50+ employees.

  • Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management/as a COO or similar role

  • Proven track record of successfully optimizing operational and business growth processes

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in Google Suite and other relevant software applications

  • Be flexible to attend meetings held between 4:30pm-7:30pm Pacific Time due to distributed team members.
