Responsibilities
Client Consultation: Engage with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.Sales Presentations: Deliver informative presentations on insurance products and services to prospective clients.Policy Recommendations: Offer expert advice on appropriate coverage levels and policy types based on client needs.Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain clients through effective marketing and networking efforts.Customer Service: Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.Compliance: Ensure all insurance transactions meet regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Requirements
Licensing: Active Michigan Property & Casualty License is a plus.
Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is advantageous.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Customer Focus: A customer-centric approach with a drive to exceed client expectations.
Adaptability: Ability to excel in a traditional office environment and work collaboratively with the team.
Team Player: Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team and foster positive relationships.
Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and other communication tools is beneficial.
