We are looking to add a reliable, upbeat, organized, and customer focused Office Administrator to our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle reorders and warranty claims
  • Assist customers in showroom and over the phone
  • Provide administrative support to each department
  • Unload product from delivery trucks
  • Cross train into all areas of office administration work
  • General data entry
  • Maintain office organization and cleanliness
  • Participate in community outreach

Qualifications & Skills:

  • High school diploma
  • Two-year degree preferred but not required
  • Prior customer service experience
  • Excellent communication, both verbal and written
  • Motivated self-starter
  • Great organization
  • Ability to prioritize and be flexible in a fast paced environment
  • Basic computer skills

Job Type: Full-time (Tuesday-Saturday)

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
