Duties/ Responsibilities
- Post open positions in the Applicant Tracking System
- Assist with finding Career fairs
- Assist with streamlining and standardization
- Cultivate talent pipeline through sourcing by using databases and social media (LinkedIn)
- Maintain databases of candidates for future vacancies
- Sort resumes and applications based on qualifications
- Provide logistical and administrative support to the Recruiting team
- Assist as needed with interview scheduling
- Assist the hiring team with recruiting methods and interview questions
- Create or format resumes, job descriptions, and job postings
- Assisting the Business Development team with recruiting related activities
Required Skills/Abilities
- 2+ years of proven work experience as a recruiting coordinator, recruiter, or sourcer
- Experience working for a government contracting company
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking System
- Experience sourcing candidates
- Excellent verbal and written communication via audio/video calls and in-person events.
- Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to use Microsoft products including Outlook, Excel, Word and
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
Nice to Have Skills
- Experience with Greenhouse
- Knowledge of labor laws
- Prior sales experience
- Associates degree
