Duties/ Responsibilities

  • Post open positions in the Applicant Tracking System
  • Assist with finding Career fairs
  • Assist with streamlining and standardization
  • Cultivate talent pipeline through sourcing by using databases and social media (LinkedIn)
  • Maintain databases of candidates for future vacancies
  • Sort resumes and applications based on qualifications
  • Provide logistical and administrative support to the Recruiting team
  • Assist as needed with interview scheduling
  • Assist the hiring team with recruiting methods and interview questions
  • Create or format resumes, job descriptions, and job postings
  • Assisting the Business Development team with recruiting related activities

Required Skills/Abilities

  • 2+ years of proven work experience as a recruiting coordinator, recruiter, or sourcer
  • Experience working for a government contracting company
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking System
  • Experience sourcing candidates
  • Excellent verbal and written communication via audio/video calls and in-person events.
  • Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to use Microsoft products including Outlook, Excel, Word and
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills

Nice to Have Skills

  • Experience with Greenhouse
  • Knowledge of labor laws
  • Prior sales experience
  • Associates degree
