Job DescriptionPay Rate: $23.85 per hour
(Additional $1.00 per hour for hours worked between 7:00pm and 11:59pm. Additional $2.00 per hour for hours worked between 12:00am-4:59am)
Job Description
- Monitor and control inventories
- Administer daily 5-minute safety meetings
- Train new Team Members
- Perform daily maintenance
- Required to assist maintenance personal
- Required to Schedule, maintenance, and direct Team Member with operational task
- Take care of any problem that might occur
- To be able to relieve Assistant Manager and Plant Manager
- Batching, monitor and control
- Receiving and loading
- Monitor housekeeping
- Ensure all Team Members are following all safety policies and procedures
- Report all potential safety issues
Qualifications
- Ability to lead with a safety-first mindset
- Ability to read, understand and implement written instructions and procedures in English
- Complete reports with legible handwriting
- Ability to Lift 80-100 pounds
- Able to work rotating shifts, weekends and overtime as needed
- Able to adapt to heights up to 160 feet and confined spaces
- Mathematical aptitude
- Good organization skills
- Self-Motivated
- Some computer skills
